A 1964 extendable oak dining table attributed to Danish furniture designer Henning Kjærnulf. This Scandinavian Modern dining table is constructed of solid oak in a warm, honey finish and features a scalloped apron and four simple legs with carved detailing. The round top expands to form a monumental oval surface using three 19.5” leaves and collapsable center support, making this dining table highly versatile and functional. Unsigned. Stamped 1964 on underside. Denmark.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. One large scratch is present on surface and various small marks throughout that align with age and use. The leaves are a lighter shade of oak than the table base, which is common in a vintage dining table. Date marked on underside.
