A Mid-Century Modern dresser designed by Danish architect Børge Mogensen for Karl Andersson in the 1960s. The minimalistic silhouette is constructed of beautifully grained solid oak in a warm, white-wash finish. This dresser features eight spacious drawers with sculptural carved pulls and stands on four rectangular legs. Unmarked. Sweden, 1960s.
Børge Mogensen was among the great Danish furniture designers of the Mid 20th Century, distinguishing himself with his exceptional craftsmanship and appreciation for natural materials. Mogensen focused on designing simple, durable pieces that emphasized comfort — contrasting to other iconic designers of the time period.

CONDITION: Great overall vintage condition. This piece has been fully refinished by our team of restorationists. All drawers open and close smoothly.
